Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t we clean it ourselves?
Bodily fluids can transmit diseases if not handled properly. We safely treat and dispose of contaminated materials according to OSHA regulations.

Who will pay for the cleaning?
Most home or business insurance policies will pay for biohazard cleaning. We also offer payment plans for those paying out of pocket.

Will my photos, mementos, and heirlooms be destroyed?
Most of the time, an item can be disinfected without issue. We work with families so that they can retain as many possessions as possible. If we cannot clean the item we will leave it for the family so they can choose whether to have it professionally restored.

What will the neighbors say?
We specialize in being discrete and your needs will remain confidential. Our expert technicians work diligently to return home to pre-incident status
